Honor & Legacy by Bright Texts (operated by Bright Texts Inc., 156 Hinsdale Street, Brooklyn, NY 11207) ships military flag display cases to customers across the United States. This policy explains how and when we ship, what it costs, and what to do if a package is delayed, lost, or damaged.

 

Where We Ship

We ship within the United States only, including all 50 states. We ship to residential and business addresses. PO Boxes are supported and are shipped via USPS. We do not currently ship internationally.

 

Shipping Cost

Shipping is free on all orders. There is no minimum purchase required.

 

Carriers

We ship domestic orders via UPS or FedEx, choosing whichever carrier offers the faster transit time for the destination. PO Box orders are shipped via USPS.

 

Processing Time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on a business day (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays) ship the same business day. This applies to both standard and personalized/engraved orders. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST, or on weekends and holidays, ship the next business day.

 

Transit Time

Most orders arrive within 2 to 5 business days after they ship, depending on the destination. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves our facility in Brooklyn, New York.

 

Order Tracking

A tracking link is emailed automatically once a shipping label is created. If you have not received tracking within one business day of ordering, please contact us at support@brighttexts.com.

 

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit, arrives damaged, or never shows up after the carrier marks it delivered, contact us at support@brighttexts.com or +1 201-730-2401 within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will send out a replacement at no cost to you.

 

Wrong Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will reach out to confirm the correct address and re-ship at no additional charge.
