We offer a full 30-day return policy on every order, including personalized and engraved items. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return for any reason.

 

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it
  • Unused and undamaged by the customer
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

 

Personalized and Engraved Items

We stand behind our personalization. Personalized and engraved items are fully covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee. If an engraving error was caused by us (wrong text, wrong layout, wrong font, or other production mistake on our end), we will send out a replacement at no cost to you, or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer. If the engraving was produced exactly as submitted and you change your mind, you may still return it within 30 days under the standard return terms above.

Return Shipping

Return shipping is free. We provide a prepaid label in Transit

If a package is lost in transit or never delivered, contact us at support@brighttexts.com and we will send out a replacement at no cost.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
